We accept credit card, debit card, and Paypal payments directly through check out!

As you go through the checkout process, you will have the option of your choice.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship WORLDWIDE from the United States. We condition each leather product before it ships to you, the customer.

Processing time after we receive your order is within 1-3 business days for items in stock. Backordered or made to order items will generally take 8-10 weeks to ship. If you find an item you like that is out of stock, just place an order and we will make it for you!

US/Domestic customers : Free Shipping on orders $350 and above.

We ship via USPS ground with a 2-9 business day estimated time of arrival. Hawaii and Alaska is an estimated 5-12 business day arrival time.

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra charge. Please contact us!

International Customers : We ship via USPS priority mail, international shipping with an estimated arrival time of 6-12 business days. We ship standard international shipping that is insured and has a tracking number that works within the United States. Once the parcel leaves the United States, the tracking may or may not be updated, at the discretion of your country’s postal system.

We are obligated to mark all items as merchandise. The shipping charge paid to DeMamora by a customer only covers our actual cost to ship the package to your country. CUSTOMERS will be responsible for ALL additional import, customs and handling fees assessed by their country and are advised to research the costs prior to ordering. If your products arrives to you, and you are unwilling to pay the “Customs” or “Brokerage” fees that your country’s Customs office charges you, we will not be held responsible for returning your products to us.

We love and appreciate all of our customers and orders. Please double check your shipping address as we want you to receive your product! If by chance the buyer provides us with the incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will ask the buyer to correct the shipping address and pay the shipping cost once again. DeMamora will not be held responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses.

RETURNS POLICY

Our goal is to make you happy and proud of what you have purchased! However, if you are not happy with your item, you may return it in its original condition, unused, not damaged, and in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving your product for a full refund excluding shipping price.

Prior to returning your product, please contact us at support@demamora.com to request a return. In this email, include the word, “return” in the subject line, and details on why you are returning your product.

Return shipping due to defective or broken merchandise will be covered by DeMamora (Note : Since leather is a natural product, inconsistencies and marks on the leather are normal and will not be considered defective/broken merchandise). All other returns will be the customer’s responsibility to cover shipping costs.

Once we are notified, you can return your bag to the address we provide. We will credit your account within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Clearance items and custom orders are final sales and non refundable.

EXCHANGES POLICY

If for any reason you would like a different product, you can exchange your product, in its original condition, unused, not damaged and returned in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving your product.

We only accept exchanges of products that were purchased from the DeMamora Website, and no other retail location.

To request an exchange, please email us at support@demamora.com. Please include the word, “exchange” in the subject line, as well as your product name, and we will send the return address for your product.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs regarding exchanges. After receiving your returned product we will send the new product to you at no charge for domestic orders $250 and above, for a one time exchange. Shipping for multiple exchanges will be paid by the customer. International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in a product exchange.

If the product you wish to exchange for is less expensive than the product exchanged, we will refund the amount to the customer. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a more expensive item, an invoice will be sent and upon receiving payment, the new product will ship.

Clearance items and custom orders are final sales and non exchangeable.
